Playa de las Americas Tenerife

This is one of the liveliest resorts on Tenerife. Playa de Las Americas began expanding in the late 60's and is one of the largest resorts on the island, situated in the south of Tenerife the town is only a short ride away from the airport at Reina Sofia. The nightlife is lively and the resort has some of the best clubs that the Canaries have to offer.

The beaches are excellent and have plenty of room, you have six to choose from, three natural and three man made with imported sand. There is a long promenade along the beach front hosting plenty of bars and restaurants. In short Playa de Las Americas is the ideal resort for those on holiday who want to party all night and soak up the Tenerife sun down at the beach in the day.

This stunning 6 bed villa to rent is located in the prestigious area of San Eugenio, Las Amercias. Known locally as the "Beverly hills" area of Las Americas this is definitely the place to rent your Tenerife villa!

Set over 3 floors and with a lovely pool area, it offers the highest degree of comfort.

The villa is perfectly located just a few hundred metres from the San Eugenio Shopping Center / restaurants, pubs and 15 minutes walk from the new Siam Water Park. The resort centre and beaches of Las Americas are just a 15 minute stroll away.

The villa has two large living areas, this one with large windows and patio doors offering fantastic views towards the sea.

Internet access can be provided.

The villa has satellite TV including BBC, ITV etc.

As well as from the living area, there are also fantastic views from the front first floor bedrooms - overlooking Playa de Las Americas ahead and the mountains behind.

There are two very comfortable living areas, one on 1st floor and the other in the lower ground.

The upper living area has a dining table, chairs and lovely sea views. The lower level lounge is particularly spacious.

The villa has a fully fitted luxury kitchen with all mod cons including: Table and chairs, oven, hob, built in microwave and dishwasher.

There is a washing machine in a separate utility room downstairs.

The sparkling heated pool is of good size. It is located on the lower level with plenty of room to stretch out in the sun enjoying wonderful sea views. There is a further terrace on the 1st level - off the living room.

The pool area also has a jacuzzi - perfect for those warm nights and a glass of something chilled!
