The wonderful thing about Tenerife as with all the Canary islands is the superb climate, this makes the island an all year round holiday destination, this is why the Canary Islands are often described as the the islands of eternal spring. Tenerife is a popular destination all the year round, especially from December to February when holiday makers flock to the island to escape the cold of Europe, this is Tenerife's high season.
Tenerife has an average temperature of 28 degrees C, that combined with the lush greenery which is found in the north of the islands, the spectacular scenery, including the dormant El Teide volcano, a destination which should be on any visitors list of days out, the lovely clean sandy beaches and lively night life ensures that holidaymakers visit time and time again.

Tenerife Visitor Attractions
Tenerife offers plenty to do if you don't want to spend your holiday lazing by the pool or down at the beach. The famous volcano crater Cañadas del Teide which rises to a height of 3718 meters and has a diameter of around 20 km's is in the middle of the island and is one of the main tourist attractions, this area is a national park and a cable car ride takes you nearly to its summit which offers some spectacular views of the island. Other Tenerife holiday visitor attractions include the excellent zoo and parrot park.

The Area
The villa overlooks the 15th tee of the Adeje Championship Golf Course. It is located about 15 minutes drive along the TF1 from Reina Sofia International Airport in the south of Tenerife, and it situated between the town of Adeje and the beautiful fishing village of La Caleta, adjacent to Playa de las Americas.
There are a large number of high class bars and restaurants available in these locations, and the major towns of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos, are only a five to ten minute taxi ride away.
The Villa
This is a truly magnificent property, delicately furnished with the most luxurious fittings and one which will give the guests a holiday of a lifetime. All bedrooms are air conditioned in addtion to the lounge.
It boasts a separate ultra-modern kitchen with every modern appliance imaginable. The lounge is furnished with luxurious leather suites with recliners for relaxation, and a magnificent 42 inch plasma TV, with multi programs, including BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4. The dining area features an extendable table and leather chairs.
The villa boasts a fantastic master bedroom, with en-suite and dressing area, and private balcony with fantastic views. The lovely second bedroom, which has of course built in wardrobes and an en suite with bath and shower over. The third bedroom, which has a wardrobe and double bed, and for those who suddenly find their party increased to seven, there is a handy additional single bunk bed. There is also a guest bathroom.
There is a large terraced area and a garden with tropical plants. The heated swimming pool is set in an area of artificial grass (no-mow) which children or adults can play on in complete safety. Standing at the bottom of the garden, you will be able to enjoy the panoramic views from Parque Santiago to Callao Salvaje and beyond.
The Villa has its own garage with electronically operated door for parking 2 cars, and you enter via a “video doorman” system into the front terrace.

Suitable For
Golfers, the course at Adeje is one of the best in the Canary Islands, and certainly the most picturesque. There is the eighteen hole, par 72, 6,783 yards Championship course, and also a par 32, nine hole course at Adeje, and there are four other golf courses within 20 minutes, Golf del Sur (twenty-seven holes), Amarilla Golf, Golf Las Americas, and the brand new course at Abama. There are also two courses on the North of the island, and if you feel a bit adventurous, you can take the fast catamaran to La Gomera (35 minutes) and play the fantastic golf course at La Tecina.
For the rest of us, relax and sunbathe in your own private grounds with heated swimming pool 52 weeks of the year in what must be the world’s most gentle climate, where daytime temperatures rarely exceed 30ºC in summer and rarely drop below 22º in winter.
